Just a few suggestions in general:

When we are in flight (in the Acars), I would love to have a function to minimise it and return to the Main management window. This would be better for the CEO to manage the company, and also useful for the pilot to check on other routes while in flight. (I know starting flyLat again while in Acars works right now, just love to have this more easily)
Maybe having a manual input on how many flights the AI pilot would complete before auto dismiss. (Right now should be 8?)
The finance transactions of the Company screen can't show AI flight profit separately. Given that it is already showing in Company Activity, shouldn't be hard to show at Transaction as well.
Maybe limit the Second-handed aircraft (Open Market) to a lower price. Right now most of the fleets are selling the same as the Manufacturer, making the Open Market less attractive.
On the pilot side, would love to have another way to promote instead of manually chosen by the CEO. (Maybe the company can set rules on average FPM/ flight miles/ flight time). It would be easier for the pilot to get interactive.
Pilots should earn salaries too.

Yes, we are looking at a better system with the UI. However, right now I am working on a web app where you can manage your airline in a browser
This will come with Schedule system that we are building
Yes, this will be addressed in 0.6
New market will be added post 0.5 update as I have done a new system already server side
Yes, company owners will be able to set their own ranking system
Once we introduce Freelance mode ;-)

wundermann Yes, we're going to introduce a whole new and revising app side anticheat that will talk to the server based main anti-cheat system lovingly named Karen. From there we will improve the system to ensure we can avoid exploits and less than legit flights the best we can without limiting people too much
